The 3 Steps to Transformation

The best leaders and athletes in the world all have one thing in common:

They not only elevate their own performance, but they elevate the performance of everyone around them, too.

This only happens through a complete transformation.

Like metamorphosis, transformation is a process requiring the guidance of others, as well as you learning to guide yourself.

We created GiANT Worldwide to give people the platform of leadership to raise up liberating leaders in every city and sector to change their own leadership culture, with the hope that it will spread throughout the world.

Our senior consultants and partners work tirelessly around the globe helping others on their journey to experiencing a complete and total transformation in every area of their lives.

As Steve and I were building our company’s framework, we found that the secret to transformation happened through three primary elements.

Let’s get into them:

1. Restoration

Restoration of people to who they truly are by helping them understand their very nature - their personality and wiring.

We found that for leaders to be 100% healthy, they needed to experience a certain kind of healing. Healing can come from the act of forgiveness of a parent, or coach, or friend.

At other times, healing can look like overcoming your own harsh tendency to dominate yourself.

Healing restores people to the good health they need to reach higher levels. It’s needed to become secure and confident on the journey toward real transformation.

2. Taking Out:

Every leader must stop doing certain things in order to become their best selves.

This is often the hardest element of reaching new heights. It is the stripping off of bad habits, the ceasing of negative mindsets, and the change in language or treatment of another.



We use the “Know Yourself to Lead Yourself” tool to help leaders see it themselves, and then we help them get rid of the patterns that are keeping them from having significant influence like a plant that needs to be pruned to grow.

3. Raising Up:

As mentioned earlier, we remind people who they are and can be, and then we fight for their highest possible good to get to that level.

Every one of us has so much more potential than we know, but most of us have settled into the rut of everyday living while our view of ourselves has dissipated in the tasks of daily work.

As leaders looking to make a crucial change, it’s important to reconnect ourselves with our dreams of what could be — to expand our horizons and look upward at where we want to go.

This is the framework we’ve used to build and grow GiANT to heights we didn’t imagine would be possible initially.

While it wasn’t an easy process, every bit of it has been worth it because of how many people we’ve been able to serve and help over the years.

Most people want change but aren’t willing to change their ways or do the internal work to make it happen.

Regardless of the situation you’re in or whether or not you think transformation is possible, believe there is a way forward because there always is.

It takes time, intentionality, and consistency to develop into your potential, but it is a path worth taking to become all you were meant to be.
