Dr. Tom Nebel | Senior Associate
Dr. Tom Nebel’s earliest recollections are those of being a successful entrepreneur. At the age of six he would construct small wooden ships, pack them in his wagon, and sell them to soft-hearted workers as they finished their shift at the local shipyard in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Since those days he has dedicated himself to creating organizations that work, both in the profit and not-for-profit sectors, and helping others to do the same. He has authored six books on the subject of starting and growing new ventures, having directed organizations at local, regional, national, and international levels.
Tom is recognized as an engaging public communicator and an effective coach of those seeking to increase their personal and organizational capacity. He specializes in recognizing and removing the obstacles which stand in the way of success. His personal interests include fitness, history, travel, reading, a family cottage in Door County, Wisconsin, and the National Football League. A Wisconsin native, he makes his home in Madison–or at Green Bay’s Lambeau Field, where he is a season-ticket holder.
